Field Reservations and Night Usage Fee
*League Fee:
1st Hour - $20.00
*Non-League Fee:
1st Hour - $30.00
Each additional hour or any portion thereof will be $10.00
per hour. Fee apply to all teams renting fields for night practices.
The Recreation Department will be responsible for turning
on lights. Lights are not available Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.
Decide date and time to use Baseball/Softball fields.

Bring payment to Recreation Office located in Town
Hall/Police Department. Reservation is complete upon receiving field fee.
Reserving Park Shelters
Park shelters may be used on first come, first serve basis.
Shelter reservation through the Old Fort Parks and Recreation
can secure a park shelter for a certain date and time. This allows you to secure
the Park Shelter for your event. No one will be able to use your shelter through
this reservation process.
Shelter # 1 - Shelter located behind tennis
courts/playground area.
Shelter #2 - Shelter located behind small ball
field/gravel parking lot.
Both shelters supply two (2) family picnic tables, grill, and
large trash can.
*Resident Fee:
$2.50 per hour
*Non-Resident Fee:
$5.00 per hour
How many different events can be planned under one shelter?
Birthdays, Showers, Club meetings, Reunions, Anniversaries,
Business meetings, Special events.. etc.
Decide dates, times, and which park shelter meets your
needs.

Mail or bring payment to the Town of Old Fort - Town Hall.
Reservation is complete upon receiving reservation fee.
Reservations will begin for each new year in January.
Refund Policy - NO MONEY REFUNDS, if
reservation is rained out, renters may call within the week after shelter
reservation and reschedule park.
